Biography

French-born Thomas Delannoy comes from the Food industry. VP Director of Sales and Marketing for a food company called Rougié Canada. His employer is not only one of the major partners of the Bocuse d'Or contest, it also created the Bocuse d’Or Winners Academy and awards the best Commis. At the head of the Canadian team as President, he shares is knowledge and connections in the food business for the team to perform at the international level against strong countries like the USA and France.
